Function            MSetRatio - set mickey to pixel ratio

  Syntax              void MSetRatio(int mickeyx, int mickeyy);

  Prototype in        mousehk.h

  Remarks             sets the mickey to pixel ratio, where mickeyx is
                      the number of mickeys per 8 pixels horizontally
                      (default = 8) and mickeyy is the number of mickeys
                      per 8 pixels vertically (default = 16).

  Return value        nothing.
